Warranty

What is TekkiTake warranty policy?

We are responsible for our product conditions. We would love to help you resolve any issues. We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with TekkiTake. Please let us know if you have received any defected item by contacting us.

This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error.Defection caused by any other accidents, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, discoloration or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty.


Items must be requested to be warranted within the mentioned days of their respective brand and the purchase date to be considered for a defect review, otherwise it will not be eligible for any warranties.

There are some requirements for Warranty:

Close-up photo of defected item, defected area
Full name used on purchase
Order # with full name of the product purchased
Shipping Address
After it is approved for defect review, we require the item to be returned back to us for an exchange.

Returns might not be accepted due to non-compatibility of Spigen cases with other branded full coverage screen guards / tempered glasses. TekkiTake will not hold any responsibility about the same.

*** ALL SALE AND PROMOTIONAL / MEGA SALE ITEMS will be eligible for Exchange or Credit Points only, No Refund applicable.

***All items purchased through / from MEGA SALE promotion, The products outer packaging might be damaged, opened package or with minor defects as these items are clearance sale and shall not be eligible for the return and refund.

 

Urban Armor Gear (UAG) Warranty Policy Except Monarch Series 

UAG Cases comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. *Terms & Conditions apply*

Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error or defects in material or workmanship, only for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product. 

The limited warranty does not cover product that has been purchased from any source other than an UAG authorized partner - TekkiTake / Georgian Enterprises Pvt Ltd. This limited warranty is non-transferable from the original end purchaser and an original copy of a sales receipt from UAG authorized partner - TekkiTake / Georgian Enterprises Pvt Ltd. is required for warranty action on behalf of UAG.

The limited warranty does not cover accidental drops, failure of installation, carelessness by the user, normal wear and tear, discoloration / color fade, mishandled, altered, modified in any way, misused in ways other than its intended purpose or defects caused by owner's usage.

UAG will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications or replace it with a product of same or higher value, if the original product is discontinued. 

UAG is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with UAG products.The maximum Warranty liability is limited to one time replacement.

UAG MONARCH Cases comes with 10 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. *Terms & Conditions apply*

Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error or defects in material or workmanship, only for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase of the product The limited warranty does not cover accidental drops, failure of installation, carelessness by the user, normal wear and tear, discoloration / color fade , mishandled, altered ,modified in any way, misused in ways other than its intended.

 

RAEGR Warranty Policy

RAEGR comes with 1 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. *Terms & Conditions apply*

The limited warranty does not cover accidental drops, failure of installation, carelessness by the user, normal wear and tear, discoloration / colour fade, mishandled, altered, modified in any way, misused in ways other than its intended purpose or defects caused by owner's usage. Warranty claim can be done by contacting our support email, even after Market place return period is over.

RAEGR will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications or replace it with a product of same or higher value, if the original product is discontinued. 

RAEGR is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with RAEGR products.The maximum Warranty liability is limited to one time replacement 

 

Spigen Warranty Policy

We offer a 90-Days Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error. Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, accumulation of dust/water, discoloration  or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty. For the product that comes as a package, we only replace the defected item from the package, and this replacement will be good for one time. Hold onto the original product for any future warranty requests regarding the order.

For screen protectors/glass products/accessories no refund or exchange will be offered after installation took place, this policy applies purely due to the nature of the product. If you have installed and believe that item is faulty, we will need to see close photo of the screen/glass on the device. If you are contacting us without providing above info/picture because you have removed screen protector/glass from your device, no refund or exchange will be offered. All problems need to be reported immediately or within 14 days from purchase date.

Spigen is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with Spigen products.The maximum Warranty liability is limited to one time replacement. 

 

TUDIA Warranty Policy

TUDIA Cases comes with 90 days Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. *Terms & Conditions apply*

This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error. Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, discoloration or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty. For the product that comes as a package, we only replace the defected item from the package, and this replacement will be good for one time. Hold onto the original product for any future warranty requests regarding the order.
